Recently i was in Australia for a youth exchange programme..although my stay there was only a short one for about 1 month,i could still spot the differences between malaysia n australia in many fields..i would say that although the population of australia is much smaller than in malaysia, they have advanced to a greater extend compared to malaysia…the main reason why malaysia is not performing on its optimum power in the world stage is because the government is not giving much opportunity to the indians n chinese to prove their capabilities..i am sure malaysia can compete with powerhouse like india n china if the non-bumis are given the chance to administrate..in australia the people change the government if the ruling party does not give them much but in malaysia the people still vote for the bn government although they are not doing much for the non-bumis which include indian n chinese..it just dosen’t make sense..of coz we can’t see changes unless the government which is ruling for the past 50 years is changed..for that 2 happen the citizens of malaysia should vote for the opposition party in this comong general elections..we have had enough of this bn government..for the betterment of indians n chinese we should bring a change..as a indian i feel that malaysia is no longer a safe place to live in..when temples are being demolished, how sure are you that they won’t gun you down in just a blink of an eye..indians are being marginalized now..can u guarantee me that they won’t do the same to the chinese n other smaller ethnic groups..another difference between malaysia n australia is that there is no discrimination in australia but unfortunately in malaysia…..australia is strict with its road safety rules but malaysia is not so..still we can see many fatal accidents in malaysia..i’m not saying that there is no accidents in australia but the number of accidents there is very much lower than that here..who should we blame for this happenings..?there is not much poverty in australia as the government there helps those in need while in malaysia there is poverty everywhere..why is this so..?who is to be blamed for this..?…i would say that Kevin Rudd’s newly formed government will do a good job..but can Badawi’s government bring improvement to the quality of our life..we should all think about that again n again..we need a government that can bring changes..fresh minds not corrupted ones..we want a better malaysia..

thats all for this post..i’ll be back with more ideas in my coming posts..till then bye for now..thank u for reading my post n think about it…

dude.. great post man.. keep it up.. the whole malaysian administration system should be reshuffled and changed.. the quota system should be demolished.. if badawi is really following islamic administration system, y do they need the quota system? even nabi muhammad, in his piagam madinah, gave equality to all the penduduk madinah.. all i wanna say, is HINDRAF is really doing a gud thing.. they did a peacefull demostration, and then the FRU started to blast them with tear gas.. actually the FRU should be sued.. badawi and the whole cabinet is shaken with this demonstartion.. i went to india lately, and almost everyone i met and talked are supporting hindraf.. and now, on the 16th february, there is going to be a rose rally in Los Angles and Malaysia.. they are going to give a yellow rose to our “beloved” PM, in the parlimen itself.. JAI INDIANS.

Yea Alan.. But in wordpress.com you can’t edit much. In BlogRox, you can actually edit your site as what you want. Just visit all the BlogRox user’s site. It is much more editable and attractive compared to wordpress user’s.

ian got a point…btw racial discrimination exists in Australia, but the other way around. There the white ppl discriminate the aborigines (the “bumiputra
    of Australia)….

  13. Arronan, January 16, 2008:

yeah i agree with ian but the kind of discrimination here is more severe..n ramanan the aboriginal there is not like bumiputra but like orang asli..
